Meal Delivery Orders

All meal delivery orders are final and non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of our food and service.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will work to correct the issue and provide a replacement meal when possible. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a credit toward a future order.

Private Chef Services

Cancellations with 60+ Days Notice: If you cancel your private chef service at least 60 days prior to your scheduled event date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.

Cancellations within 60 Days: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 60 days before the event date.
